    getting ready to pull the plug on new uca's. Leaning towards Camburg with the 1.25" uni ball(on sale@ trdparts4u.com for 599), or all pro or total chaos. Like the Camburg because i want their coilovers and they do installs and they are 30 minutes from my house. What is best form you experiance. Any help would be great.

    TC's seem to be less maint, and no noise. Camburg is a good UCA, just noisey. Same with All Pro (from what I have heard)

    Yes, Camburg and All Pro have noisey Uniballs. By "Maintinance", they need to be greased every so often...maybe once every 6 months or so depending on use.

    The bushings need the grease, not the Uniball.

    having the total chaos uca's, I would say get the TC's :)
    I almost went the camburg way, they have the nice ABS wire holder too.
    But in the end it came down to the TC having built in caster correction to get ya back in specs for your alignment when you raise the truck. It's a smooth ride, seems even better than stock(smoother, not so squirly at speed). Haven't heard a peep from the uca's at all since install in Jan 09. Make sure you pre grease the bushings on assembly with any uca's.

    what is the difference in performance and maintenance with the camburg uniball UCAs vs. the camburg ball joint UCAs (other than about $200+)


    i just picked up a pair of used camburg uniball UCAs for 250 shipped but i'll need to get new slugs (extra $100 from camburg)... but still 350 shipped is a sweet deal!

    Not if they are the older style? The older Camburg's won't correct your caster.
    To the OP you should look into "Icon" CO's. Better quality!
    But if you really want the RED CO's then look into Sway-A-Way from 4WP it's the exact same CO's just without the "logo". And they cost less!
