Ok so first of all, this thread is just a DIY for all those fun-loving project oriented TW folks out there who like doing things on there own like me. I could have ordered something on-line, but the fun of doing things with my own hands is where all the joy and pride is for me. Some of you might not get that, but I know there are others of you who definitely do.

I think my grill looks sweet. It's exactly how I envisioned it. And I'm proud of my execution.

As far as the "critics", thanks for the all bumps. Makes me smile. Sorry you hate my work so much that you had to stop your day job to let me know. Nonetheless, I still think all you critics have pretty sweet tacos: they show your individuality and personal flair.

As far as Homertaco and all the other professional fabricators out there: I guarantee that they can ALL do a much better job than I can ever dream of. (I've never used a dremmel before, just bought it for this). Maybe I'll order one of Homer's sweet grilles when he comes out with a 2012. As for now, I'm rocking my own.

As far as the thread title... yeah the title is supposed to be funny. If people think that saying the "satoshi has been slain" is apocalyptic blasphemy, I encourage you to look outside and see that the sun is still shining, flowers are blooming, and the kids are still singing.

As far as flaming the new guy is concerned...remember that even though this newbie was deathly anxious of cutting up his dream ride, he still took the time to stop every 30 minutes, take his gloves off, dust off the camera and take photos just for the sake of sharing. It was a pain in the ass sometimes, but if everyone became scared to post their DIY pics cause of the potential flamage, then what kind of TW world would it be?

I'm gonna repost this as a DIY for the DIY folks out there who like a good project.

Then I'm gonna log off and enjoy the other 73 hobbies in my life.

    Cheers!

Don't mind the haters. I think it looks good. But I have to say, it didn't slay the satoshi.

Right!! I think most of you guys are just jealous he completed the mod first. I think it looks pretty good. I would personally use smaller mesh but the concept is right.:D
