It can go together but the lifts will add to somewhere around 7-8" ....

I'm going to try to decrypt this post, because I think I know what you are trying to say but couldn't type it in correct English.

He asked specifically if lift spindles would correct the alignment problems he is having with a full OME 3" lift. They will not correct the alignment because spindles are designed NOT to change the geometry of the suspension. If he were to take off the OME kit and then add spindles he would have no alignment issues, but adding spindles to an OME 3" kit will not change the angle of the control arms.

You can combine an OME kit with lift spindles for a total lift of between 6-7 inches, however an aftermarket UCA will be required in order to properly align the truck.

WOW! Unbelievable! I definitely don't need 7-8" . That will be too much. I don't know anything about spindles, that was helpfull. If I would had known this from the beginning I would had bought the spindles. I guess I'll buy the UCA. Do you have a link where I can read more info about spindles? Thanks again!

Oh ok I did not realize he was intending to combine lifts. No need to attempt to show off your knowledge this is a forum not a book report :)

I'm not trying to show off anything, but I will not sit by and watch someone get misinformation because the answer wasn't fully thought out before being given. I was merely trying to cover all the bases so that everything would be perfectly clear.

You are contradicting yourself. It was misinformation in relation to the question asked. Therefore it was an incorrect answer.

Truck looks killer bro. Are you still running your stock coil's and shocks up front? If so can you take a center hub to fender measurement for us. Thanks

Dude you have a bro lean. I like it. I really like the way these spindles make these Prerunners look. It's the way I would lift a Prerunner for sure. (I had CST's on my previous truck) They work well alone if you want a stock ride with some lift or add Eibachs and/or 5100's for a moderate system and smooth ride. You can also add some high end coilovers like Fox or King for the ultimate mid travel 2wd suspension.

Maxtrac Spindles, Bilstein 5100s all around, set at .85, Allpro Expedition Leaf Pack, Procomp 7036 17x9, w/Nitto Trail Grappler 285/70/17, Extended Steel Braided Brake Lines, Red-Line Hood lift, Relocated Trailer Connection, Trimmed Front Fender.
Just got done putting on my Maxtrac Spindles today and finally added my 285/70/17 and Procomp 7036! All I can say is WOW, now I understand what it means when people say "pictures don't do it justice!" Did it at the Auto Shop up on base so I had access to a lift, impact gun, drip pans for the brakes, everything you could need. Took me 3+30 to do one side, and then another 1+45 to do the other, bleed the brakes, and clean up...not too bad! The install was extremely easy, more things to do than installing the rear leaf springs and shocks like I did yesterday, but less physical and really just pleasantly enjoying. They fit perfect, no problems what-so-ever. One side is closer to my rotor than the other, but it's where Maxtrac obviously grinded down the final product to clear the rotor, and one is ground down slightly more than the other, no big deal. Things I learned that I hadn't read elsewhere. The Rotors were hard to get off. I initially tried whacking the "hub" portion to break it lose, then I ended up just using an extra correct sized bolt the shop had and screwed it into one of the threaded "holes" on the rotor and the bolt pushed the rotor right off as I tightened it! Worked like a charm. Rented a Tie-Rod puller, and Pitman Puller from Autozone....didn't need either. The old hammer whack on the arm(s) worked exactly as advertised. Routing of the ABS line in the instruction was "slightly" difficult to understand, but once you see the ABS connection is on the BOTTOM of the spindle vice the side like stock, you'll get the idea. I essentially unclipped the ABS line from everything, even at the very top of shock way in back where there's a black plastic tie, then routed it as they recommend using the supplied hangars, worked great. The ABS actually has an additional thicker protective rubber on it that can slide up and down the line. I slid this down towards the bottom where the hub will be turning left and right, figure more friction and protection would occur and be needed down there. Like others have said, I'll need to go buy 2 sets of screws just like the ones provided in the pack that they short you in-order-to finish clamping the ABS line to the spindle. Could easily do without, but there's another drilled hole, might as well use it! I have Maxtrac's with Bilstein's at .85 and Allpro Expedition leafs with extended length Bilstein 5100's in the rear. According to a level placed on the top of my bed, I'm currently riding 3 cm higher in the back. I still think I have "slight" vibrations from 15-35, hard to tell with the tires and all, but I'm definately going to be doing some driveshaft angle calculation which I'll post on here for guidance, and probably installing a shim, angle of which is currently TBD. Only picture, I'll post more when able. BTW, I rub slight on the front and the back when turning fully left or right and backing up, nothing going forwards. I hadn't wanted to trim, but it will be so easy to fix I almost can't help myself! One last thing, I was incredibly worried about the 3/4" per side sticking out in the front and was going to buy rear Spidertraxx spacers. Don't waste your time, you don't even BARELY notice the difference in the front vice the rear. I think we just notice it in pictures more because we are actively looking for it. Stance is great!
