    can someone tell me why the reset button does'nt reset my tire indicator light? even after I have aired the tires?

    Also, your truck is an '06 according to your user info. Those could be 6-7 year old sensors, and the batteries are probably at or near the end of their lives.

    I've never seen a sensor up close, so I can't be sure, but I haven't met the battery-powered device I haven't been able to R&R the battery on.

    But then I'm comfortable cutting sonic welds and de-soldering/re-soldering terminals to replace batteries. Average person probably wouldn't do that.

    The screwdriver is pointing to the battery. It's just a watch battery. The white stuff is like silcone. You have to pry the back off to get to this point.
