Sometimes. Kinda funny I rarely ever go anywhere. I have the Kimber Super carry Ultra. No rail. I do have the TLR-1 on my sig. Free compliments of the P.D. you know any cop can screw anything up, no doubt but, when another cop tells you what happened via eye witness account and ya still screw it up...shame on that.

 

You guys have a great time at the meet. I wish I could be there. Stupid all-star game. I know I have been whining for weeks about it but, tuff I'm gonna whine till it's over.

haha...yeah, your probably right on the making me an example. Too bad everyone else still hauls ass up and down the road on their dirtbikes/atvs and I was the only one to ever get caught when I never made a habit of it...oh well...that has always been my luck


And Metro went pretty well I think. I did well on the written and cardiac rhythm test, and ACED the practical. They also did the oral interview the same day...which kinda sucked because they told me over the phone that it was only the written and practical friday. They told the same to everyone else and everyone was wearing jeans and t-shirts for an interview Luckily I wore duty pants w/ my medic polo from school and dress shoes, so I looked somewhat professional. The interview went pretty well even though I wasn't really prepared. They said they will call sometime next week.

So fingers crossed....

Yes, tampa meet is tomorrow, i had transfered all the info to the "meets" section of the new forum and posted in the regular bs thread over there, all that happened was john and jesse both backed out. Think we still have around 10 trucks going.

Yeah man, my fingers are crossed. You run with metro very much on emergency calls? I know fire runs most of the 911 transport calls now down there.

And were you on shift friday? Because I passed a LEO on colonial on friday in a silver unmarked impala, the guy inside looked a lot like you.

 

Every time my dog bites someone. And yeah the fire dept. comes out bandages the guy up or whatever then metro transports. I am not sure If the city transports sometimes or whatever. I just sit there and say dam that dog f'ed him up and stand around like a proud new daddy.
I was working Friday but my car has police K9 written all over it. Haven't driven an unmaked in a while. When I did I had and Impala, F150, magnum,Trail blazer and a maxima for a little while (thing would FLY)

You said at the meet you only run emergency calls, do you go to all emergency 911 calls including medical and such (like assaults, OD's, etc...) Or do you just go on emergency calls that only call for a LEO?

 

Just LEO. We can track for any crime but only bite for felonies. This also includes battery Firefighter/paramedic/EMT. We can apprehend for those, they are felonies.

 

I got a TLR-1s a little while ago, thing is awesome for the price.

 

Whats happening floridians... Going to be coming down to Tampa for spring break mar13-18. My buddy just got his taco and hes who i will be visiting. His screen name is Bucknasty25. Anyways i was wondering if there is any offroading spots near tampa and who would like to take us out during that week.
