Motorcycles and work related stuff possibly. Thinking the 4runner route is better though for the pup and even camping fun if I can make the power train reliable enough.

I like having interior space so I prefer the 4runner route also I would just get an earlier one with a removable top and leafs on the back.

If you are getting a new trailer look up MSI or Tekworks in Elkhart IN. You can get good deals because thats where most trailers are made. I am still kicking the idea of getting rid of mine for something I can haul my truck in.

If your going for a beater get an 85 or older with a straight axle up front! The 22r engines are a Dime a dozen!

Its not going to be easy to find an 85 or older, especially for what he is looking to pay (a resonable price for that old a truck). We were looking for my buddy and it was cheaper to buy a IFS and do a SAS on it.

From the little research I've done so far I've also found its cheaper and more strength to do the swap. But for the land we have and what I'm looking to do IFS will work alright with a decent lift and the right tires. With a locker in the rear and possibly the front...some custom high clearance bumpers, the rig should go through a lot of terrain. Maybe get real wild
And in a couple years swap a v8 in to handle some big nasty tires!

Well at least with a vehicle like this I can get a good distance back floor it and be a little more careless as to what I'm breaking. :D

Hahaha wellll still probably wouldn't do that...BUT I wouldn't mind having to call a buddy with a trailer to take the vehicle home because the front suspension shot through the top of the frame! <--- Not happening lol

Just ripped my external satellite radio out. The power adapter that plugs into the 12v stopped working...time to get the factory satellite installed I think.

Just ordered the rubber bed mat through trdparts4u shipped for cheaper than the before tax price at Toyota of GR. Flippin ridiculous! And probably still paid to much for it.

Not sure when ill have my truck back exactly. Should only be a few weeks. I have to finish a few things once I have it back. So I'm probably 3 weeks out.

But after that I'm ready to beat on it and see his it is.

Bestop, Child Seats, petrified french fry, dog hair, empty Mtn Dew cans cracked windshield, scratches.
Drove from West of Kalamazoo to East Lansing and back to give a 30 minute presentation and eat Jimmy John's. The sandwich made it all worth it.

I will soon enough but I am doing them in my garage :D.

I'm really not sure of any shops near you but I know two good shops in MI.

Lenger Racing in Grand Rapids http://lengerracing.com/ . They have my truck as we speak

Great Lakes Truck outfitters in Jackson http://www.greatlakestruckoutfitters.net/. They have done some work for a freind.
