I have a 2012 DC/SB and am looking at either the bed extender or cargo divider. I like the extender but I'm worried that it could be easily stolen. So, question...which would you recommend and why?

Also, I like the OEM bed mat for exact fit. It looks like it is only available for the LB. Is that correct?

    Thanks

    Yes.
I have the bed extender. I feel it is more useful than the divider. We have found many uses for it...including dividing items in the bed.

My dad and i both have bed extenders on our trucks. I feel they are far more useful. Never have i felt i need to organize the stuff in my bed. I always feel like i want more room back there, so i would go with the bed extender personally. My only problem is im always afraid of something small in the bed falling out through the holes in the bed extender if i have a lot of different stuff back there, but a cargo net or some chicken wire could easily fix that.

It really depends on where you live if you think it will get stolen, but mostly only taco drivers would be interested in it, and we are all good people i believe :D

When it's folded up, how much space is between the gate and the extender?

Is the Pop n Lock a tailgate lock or a lock for the extender?

    Yes.
I can't find a photo. I guess it would be about a foot+. This should give a decent idea of the space in a 5ft bed:

The Pop n Lock is for the actual tailgate handle.

I ended up getting an OEM bed extender and mat. Thanks for all of your advice.
