morning FL BS

 

i believe i might be in, but I've never been trailriding, so hopefully somebody can lead the way

 

If we get some interest in it, some one can lead us to a trail... Looking forward to meeting some more members

 

in a few days, nobody will see this anymore, you should start a new thread in the florida regional, and pick a day, usually weekends (i think sunday more than saturday) will work better for people, so prob the 18th, and i guess we can decide on location later and with someone who has actually ridden the trails.

Was just trying to get the word out and hopefully get someone that knows of a trail or trail system, to take the lead... Vs me setting it up with no idea about any part of FL much less an offroad trail .

Ill see if anyone takes the lead in a day or so... If not ill create a new thread

 

makes sense, i've heard some guys talking about crooms and citrus around this area, but again, i haven't been to any.

 

I was gonna say, could take him up to citrus, think madcow said it was a 45 minute drive north, but well worth it. I had fun there.

 

citrus was well worth the drive for me at 2 hours. Tons of fun. Cant wait till the next citrus meet, or the next time we having a wheeling trip..

And the taco will be there...

 

Mar 18th... Is there a gps location to this citrus place?

 

uh...not really because its a WMA (wildlife management area), but there is a Wal-Mart very close by that you could use as a GPS reference point. Not sure what the Walmart's address is though.

Thats the address to the inverness Walmart, the entrance to Citrus WMA is about a mile west from the walmart on Hwy 44

edit: If you google map that walmart, and follow HWY 44 west for a little bit there is a spot where "Trail 13" intersects Hwy44...thats the entrance to citrus WMA

I would love to...I should have that weekend off...but things could change.

Location works for me as ill have to head home on sun and its in the right direction

March 18th I'm sure I will be recovering from my 21st birthday the night before.

 

yeah, hopefully I have some armor by then...at least sliders and front bumper. The body lift should definitely be off by then
