Zombie Apocalypse Show isn't Real Enough (The Walking Dead on AMC)

I don't know why but that made me laugh.

 

That was quite possibly the best episode of the whole season.

 

Had a lot more action than last week. Last week seemed like more drama than Zombie show.

 

Next, week, the Shane V Rick beatdown. Shane's a huge DB, hell, the zombie comin thru the windshield was pretty cool, Herschel has seen the light finally, fist pump for him telling Shane to STFU, I'm just glad they didn't hang the Lori being gone out for three fuckin episodes.

 

i agree, i like this version alot better, other people and civilizations, more zombies, more action

There's no way in hell they are going to kill off shane, Hershcel maybe, but not Shane

 

Last nights episode was sweet. Hershel is def seeing what it's like out there now. I think they might be moving the story back towards the comics story-line. Lori is evil! Shane needs to get his, dude has gone whacko. Next week should be good also.

 

I couldn't tell if Lori just wants Rick to Shane because she is scared of him or because she knows its his baby (is she is still preggers that is). But I honestly don't think Shane is going anywhere anytime soon. He makes a great villain and somebody has to be the one everyone loves to hate.

 

Shane as the "villain" no way! Shane is the only smart one in the group! Rick is a wuss. Listening to Hershel about the barn full of walkers cause it's "his property" freaking stupid. Shane definitely did the right thing.

 

They may keep him despite what happens in the comics because the producers said they are not against breaking from the comics. And it is pretty cool to have him around, however I do kinda hope they go the comic route with him.

That being said, there are other villians in the comics that make Shane look like Mother Teresa....so, who knows where they will go.

I think that was one of the best parts of the books. Eventually you realize that the people become/are so eff'ed up, the zombies become the least of your concerns.

He is seen as the villain by the rest of the survivors besides Angela. I am not arguing what he did was right or wrong because I agree with you that what he did with the walkers was right. But he is a compulsive liar and eventually it is going to bite him in the ass.

My gf got me the whole first series (?) for Christmas and I can't wait to start it. I want to see the differences and similarities between the comics and the episodes.

Yea she is! She all but told Rick to kill him.
So now we know that she is a evil conniving whore that can't drive basically.

It would most definitely seem that zombies are the least of your worries during an apocalypse with this bunch.

 

I can't decide if he is going to leave the group and go rouge, possibly with Angela tagging along with him, or if he and Rick some how, some way, come to a truce and call it good.

In all honesty I hope he stays with the group and continues to stir up trouble. It was kinda fucked up that he went and saved Lori and then lied to her about Rick being back at camp. I thought maybe he would continue into town and try and save them. Then I remembered he shot Otis in the leg and left his ass to get eaten haha

 

I think it was pretty decent of him to lie to her. Get her back to camp, where she is safe, then go look for Rick...Of course, I would not have waited til the next morning to go looking.

 

Why does everyone think Lori is a conniving whore? Maybe she really does want Shane dead. If you notice she has no feelings of any kind towards Shane and it seems like every episode she is getting more and more irritated with him.

 

Shane is impulsive, emotional and dangerous, he's a liability and not fit to lead this group at all. Rick is not without faults but he is more of a leader than Shane could ever be. Lori did the right thing by telling Rick what's up with Shane, IDK why you people are bangin on her, what else is she supposed to do, say nothing? Rick is the alpha male and he's gonna have to put Shane in his place, banish him or shoot him, Shane is the one pushing things past their breaking point. The thing that I find interesting about this series in the moral dilemmas that the characters are faced with, like what Shane did to Otis, he had to made a choice, right choice for the wrong reasons? Wrong choice for the right reasons?

 

She had enough feelings for him to screw him and she looked pretty happy doing so.
