I'm sure Hassim has fixed those issues already. Cause we all mobbed this weekend and it had none what so ever.
I'm sure. There's a big difference between 4x4 and 2wd. The kit is amazing and it was drastically put to the test this weekend.

Handles excellent and has entirely NO BUMPSTEER. Took plenty of peeps for a ride and I'm sure they can all say the same

I really gotta stat making off-road stuff, over the turbo stuff, its just too slow, way more off-roaders than turbo guys out there.

I will be looking for late model tacos for mockup, the weekend trip made me want to build some badass stuff for you guys. I have the tools, welders, benders and knowledge, soon I will need vehicles for mocking and then testing. I got some good ideas, now I need to put them into action.

Matt your truck was looking pretty sick! Along with a bunch of others out there.

It looks like spindles are something that needs to be upgraded on these things, the stock ones are EXTEREMELY weak, even with gusseting, I would like to make a sheetmetal one that is bulletproof, anybody have eny old spindles they dont want? Maybe I can get some ideas for those? I will be gusseting some 1st gen spindles probably tomorrow, I will post up some pics of my work so you guys know what I can do!

I wanna build some stuff! Lemme know if anybody is interested in working with me on some of these parts, I am capable of making some pretty sick stuff, you will soon see my friends.

Also thanks to all you guys for coming out to the Ocotillo meet this weekend, fur sure a great group of respectful people and you guys are all welcome to come out next time, I had a lot of fun in my Trophy Jeep!

most likely a redesign of the LCA adapter or uniball spacer at the spindle/UCA.

Its bad ass man, i didnt notice you were running cut stock fenders, i just thought you were crazy wide! lol

the 64" kit uses an inverted shackle, so in order to run the 64" kit on our trucks you HAVE to swap in a wider axle... just FYI

honestly, the 62" kit is tried and true set up for DD/weekend trucks

it's impossible to make a LT kit that uses all stock mounting locations/spindle and coilbucket that has NO bumpsteer... even TC and burg have bumpsteer

    ...

    nothing is impossible

all it takes is the proper geometric considerations and choosing the right uniball spacers, adapters, and hardware to make it correct.

I've raised the bump steer issue to hassim before so i think he has considered it.

To make sure you dont have bum steer, measure your toe at ride height, then jack up your truck at full droop and measure your toe again. If there is any change in distance, there is bump steer

hell, even stock trucks will experience a little bump steer

Matt, either way "it looks badass" is an understatement.
I know it's not always possible, but we all love watching videos. Maybe you could record a few seconds of the truck on a few small jumps. Visual says it all...

Jason, I still have a bunch of stuff that I need done. Just been lacking the time and money with wedding coming up.

Maybe I can finally schedule you for a day and we can box the frame and drop in fuel cell then take a look at what comes next?

    To much to list!
Look for a ford9 out of an econoline. Should cost you about 300bucks. Get it regeared throw a spool in it and truss the housing. Take the axles to currie or local axle shop and have them re-drilled to desired bolt pattern. Many of the ford 9" don't have a big enough flange for 6 on 5.5 but Im 99% sure the econoline does. Many of the ford 9's out of an econoline are 31 spline and big bearing. But make it of those before purchasing it. If you ever break an axle down the road you can get replacement axles from Yukon. If you watch your money when doing it and shop for the best price on parts should cost you around 1300-1400 for everything. That includes install and straightening the housing after trussing.

I will have my allpro leafs for sale in hopefully 2 months.
