For me, it's not about the 'quality' of the boob job. I love boobs as much as the next guy, I'm just one of the few who prefers the look/feel of small-medium sized boobs.

 

that has alot to do with the fact they can use silicon again! much realer feeling!

 

I would have to see the boobs first before I could judge if she needs them or not . I need new boobs .

Boobs first. For the simple reason she could change her mind and then if you try to talk her back into it you get the "do you think i NEED them?" crap and all that. You can always get a lift kit anytime.

Boobs....they will last longer.

In 10 years, your tires will be worn out, rims look like shit, hell, you probably have a new truck already.
But in 10 years, your ex-wife's boobs will still look rockin....assuming you paid a good surgeon to do the work.

 

it also has to do with the way they are doing them now. they put the implant UNDER the muscle, instead of on top of it. that way her natural boob is still there, which makes it feel real.

thats the way my old lady had them done, and they are absolutely fantastic. she went from a small A to a 36C. 36c is not the largest, but she is exactly 5ft tall and only weighs 102lb, so they are big on her.

oh yeah, also, if you get the boobs, you have plenty of leverage to go for the lift of your dreams, maybe even a new truck =)

What size are they now ? What size increase ? How bad does she want them ?

 

Aftermarket titties should keep their form even as the mileage acrues. That lift will need redone sometime down the line, or at least new suspension hardware.
