    The wife wanted a new 4R so when we saw this one:[​IMG] we bought it.

    Cleaned it up really well, swapped all the fluids, and then the wife backed it into my truck-so we got a new bumper corner and some fresh paint.

    Just ordered TC UCAs and the 885/895 coils w/ OME Shocks. Seat covers and Weathertechs are next.

    I REALLY dig the gussets and base plates- Spent a couple minutes talking to Nate about why they are built the way they are-and learned some good stuff.

    Duplicolor bed armor-Comes in a can (which can be hard to spray- but all in all is pretty easy to use. It can be heavy and cause drips...so light coats are key.

    So I got the ABS light to go out. Rebuilt the front right wire harness after Toyota wanted 230 bucks for a replacement. Plugged it in and then jumped pins 4 and 13 in the OBDII plug...Push the pedal 8 or more times in 3 seconds and VIOLA'-Out goes the light.
    Also just paid for two TPMS sensors to fix up the wifes rig and then hopefully mine too.

    Not sure right now-The wife wants it to be a one-off daily driver...So probably not for the sake of mpgs...but she comes up with all kinds of ideas...so who knows what will be next. I've like to get a rear bumper with a tire gate and some accessory mount (hilift, rotopax, camp table maybe) but she's gotta sign off on it first.
    In the mean time I need to get MYSELF a bumper.

    Yeah...The wife drove over a screw the other day and the "fullsize" spare does not fit the hub covers...NFC why not- but they just don't fit.

    It's okay tho-There are 285's and a TPMS fix in the future-So all the right rims will go back where they belong.

    That is the clear spray on chip guard painted matte black and then cleared. I guess the bedliner type products do not stick well to plastic...which is what all of the parts that are black are made of. Pretty happy with the way it looks. They still have to remove/replace some of the muffler piping and we should get it back on Monday. Tues-it gets an alignment and hopefully the TPMS sensor programming done. And then hopefully on Thurs swap the tires.
