It's going to be a buyers market, but it's the fastest way back. Keep in mind, a lot of the market has already lost half, this is just gonna edge it down a little further, it's not going to be a good time to sell for awhile.

Oh for sure. And I've seen a little bit of that in my neighborhood. Long time (like really long time) residents are selling. They'll be OK since everything is up side for them. And the couple or three foreclosures that have been flipped recently (which I see as a good thing since they're revitalizing these properties and adding value back in which attracts buyers who otherwise don't want the burden of remodeling).

 

yep my home used to be worth 600k and i just bought it for 240k fully remodeled and upgraded. BUYERS MARKET FTW

Someone at my new work has a really nice Tacoma. 2nd gen speedway blue TRD double cab OR. Has black wheels and Micky Thompson tires, tinted windows. Pretty badass.

This is what I'm afraid of. Aside from owners taking it in the ass (those who have or want to sell), counties will take it in the ass too-the longer this takes to resolve, the more issues were gonna have with gov't services and so on.

 

spotted the 1st one on my way to carmel to surf this AM, pretty mean machine. his convertible toyota is a lot tougher looking than mine! i blurred his plates in case he is on here.



spotted the 2nd one at home in pacheights. i've seen this truck in presidio, dude is a laborer/contractor working on a $20MM house. he was speeding down my street, so I got blurry picture.

 

I asked Jerry to fab something up for me. But He's crazy busy and who knows when he'll get around to knocking it out.
