fun trip guys. nice meeting everyone. sorry for bailing early but my truck had about enough. engine was acting up a lil and noticed my frame was kinda bent down in the back a lot think i m may have beat her up a lil too hard this weekend.

That mud/clay was nasty! The black layer was straight tar.

I just got reamed by a little Asian car wash proprietor .. she was yelling that I left 20' of dirty tire tracks on her asphalt (after not letting me finish my wash and clean-up after myself) and told me never to come back again .. I think that's the first place I've ever been 86'd from

 

That's some funny shit. My detailer was laughing when he did my truck. It took him about 3hrs. And I.wasnt even as bad as some.

Epic trip is all I have to say, by far the best time I've ever had out in the desert.
Just the whole atmosphere of everyone was amazing.

took me a solid 4+ hours to get the worst of the clay and tar off my truck, still some areas in my bed I couldn't get too and another hour to get the mud out of the driveway.

Only truck damage was a missing screw on a bracket for my pulled bedsides
And thankfully today I got my cast off!

Can't wait for another desert meet or run around with everyone!

 

We can't all have our parents fix or buy us a new truck if we break it like you. When you have to work hard to buy your own truck and fix it if you break it its a little diffrent

Never pinned down why the truck was idling so high, but after swapping entire intake system, full throttle body cleaning and spraying the MAF it seems ok.

Maybe a fluke from all the dirt and busted vacuum lines...

I left before you guys all went to superstition just in case my truck was going to break down.
