Made it through Monday! I do purchasing work at a Coke Plant (no, not the drink and not the drug) coke from coal for steel mills and foundrys. It runs 24/7 and is an old operation. Never know what you're going to run into on a Monday morning. Mostly all equipment breakdowns, and they are all emergencies! Hope everybody had a good day and will have a good week.

Thanks Paul...Hope you have a good week too...Retired from an auto parts supplier 10 years ago and figured I couldn't live on that pension soooo I sucked it up and got another job. I'll have 12 years with this company and then I was looking forward to the greeter gig at the Wal but they did away with it:eek:... oh well, maybe a greeter at McD's:rolleyes:.. Ken

had a "coke works" at beth. steel, bethlehem PA. they also kept the lackawana NY coke works running, even though the rest of that plant had been shut down.
then the entire operation at bethlehem, including the coke works, shut down, I think lackawana may still be operating. some workers from beth. plant went up there after our plant shut down.

Got a rear 1/4 panel scrape in the church parking lot tonight. The parishioner already gave me the number to call and the claim number.

My Black Devil is now soiled. :(

Owww, sorry to hear that, Rob! That first ding is never easy.

Rough weekend here. Funeral mass on Saturday, burial yesterday. Lots of family and high emotions. Lynn's brother was much loved. So sad to see his light go out.

afternoon all: here's the deck extension, seat platform, project. It doesn't look like a lot of work, but it was.
this thing is free standing, and removable. requires no holes in the boat to secure it.

An enjoyable Tuesday evening with my daughter Jane. She drove up from Pittsburgh this afternoon. Out for wings and beer, home for a few Sam Adams.
