Right, that what I was saying is the broken one is not even close to .250. One of the guys with engage said he mic'd the wall at .100. So I just wanted to know what material engage uses for bushing sleeves. All they will say is we race the same stuff, but what is it?

Life is too short to be negative

Hass has always been short and quite brute with his words and expressions, but he has always answered my questions.

I just remember one jingle jam a few years back, there were Camburg, TC and all sorts of tacos out there, and Hass was helping everyone tune their shit. His family and the whole Engage crew were out there making food, talking, helping, and I thought it was a good family to be a part of.

Hass has always dropped his shit to help me whenever I was in trouble, so I naturally want to stand up when people are bashing his stuff behind his back.

Thats good to hear. I remember welding the engine cage and upper arms mount back together on the plow at the 400 back in 07. Most of us are out there to help each other out..... but a little crap talking will always be part of forums :D

    thats how its done

    ...too much shit to list.
I got the same dick attitude when I called him about a 50T pack. You call it short and brute, but I always expect a vendor to actually want to sell me a product even if it means answering a couple of questions about the products they sell.

As far as behind his back? He's a vendor on TW isn't he?

Why does it always have to be considered talking crap? Why cant people have input on what could make products better? Is engage so good that they dont need advice in any way whatsoever? You know there are some companies out there that call that constructive criticism

Edit: wasnt it our "bashing" that got engage to say they would wrap the bushing sleeves for their customers? Didnt you go and get that done aaron?

I agree that just saying its junk is not fair. Is asking the tube thickness fair? I was in that thread and engage wont respond, that was my point

if you look in that LCA thread, I was calling on Engage to provide explanations too.

I think the difference between constructive criticism and bashing is obvious and does not need to be explained.

Bashing is just a juvenile thing people do behind their computer screens. I have yet to see anyone bash my kit to my face at a meet. Even Matt plays nice :D
