Another change of subject

Anyone make it out to the dunes this past weekend?

 

How many times have you seen a Camburg/TC/BMS/Richer Racing/Baja Chop etc. etc. have the same problems as Engage?
I can't think of a single incident where any of the above companies had an arm rip apart driving down the freeway, have you?

None of those trucks have the race spindle. So yes there is some bumpsteer.

Like I said. Poor and improper maintenance will lead to problems like that as well. Don't have to be a rocket scientists to figure that out. A fucked up bushing will cause that as well and not maintaining torque on all hardware will result in damage like that.

Actualy a bolt broke in that photo, not an inner pivot. Big difference. Camburg also offers new bolts that are stronger. Engage hasnt changed

 

Actually Engage has changed their pivot material

 

i had my bolts fail on me... they were OE tacoma grade 8 bolts... not knowing the back story it would appear as a TC issue, but it wasn't

Honestly that is something I didnt know but a good step for them So aside from the bashing something good came from it

yup, Engage is upgrading my LCAs to their current 4x4 design that Vi has and the pivots are much thicker, I verified that with Hass. I will post pics when I actually have the arms in my hand.

Where'd you get a new bolt from?

Any idea if Camburg carry's the same bolt for the TC kit?

Does you're Engage kit have the upgraded material?
