Texas meet in may

When can yall get here? If someone else wants to host in a different place feel free to step up and do it. So here are 3 dates I should be able to host. At the end of the month the date with the most votes will be the day to have it. You can vote more than once if you can attend more than just one of the dates.

 

long range calendaric calculation in progress.......believe this is gonna be couple of weeks after moving to new house. We'll see because completion of house exact date subject to change in either direction. Could stand the road trip tho.

I voted for May 2nd and 16th. I am off both of those weekends.

 

We will be sure to have it when your available. You need a chance to avenge your self from the last meet.

 

I guess May 16 or May 2 would be the best time seeing as I have finals around May 11.
Yeah, we need silverback07 along for all his recovery gear in addtion to avenging himeself.

Voted for May 2nd and May 19 seeing as those days won't interfere with my finals.

Also gives me time to buy gear...

The meet will be in Liberty Hill Texas. About 30 miles North of Austin. Right now it looks like I will be free the weekend of the 9th. Check out this thread about the last one to give you some ideas.

voted on the 9th and 16th busy on the 2nd of the month? what time are we looking at meeting cause i work Saturdays but get done at a good time, plus what ever road time it takes to get to your place. Still looking at haveing a meet here in SA looking for some off-road spots here for those that want to do that. I'm not sure if devils den is still open around here, does anyone know if it still is?

 

Last time we all met here at 10am. But didnt get out to boulder creek untill around noon. Depending on where you are in San Antone come up 281 to marble falls and then right on 1431 and you could meet us at the place.

Just throwing out ideas right now. I am open to suggestions. I would like for as many of yall to come out as possible and I want everyone to have a good time.

 

I'm in for any of the days. We need to get some extra grill time in this time. I'm in the process of working up a Dr Pepper BBQ sauce...
