    I don't think you have to remove the fan. Just the two bolts for the shroud

    I did and it was as simple as pulling two bolts and removing the shroud.

    i gotta go to my moms house to meet my sister and do her brakes for her on her toyo.....then if i have time i will look and mabye clean mine....
    the mod i am using now is the make the radio real loud mod....and it works great....kinda sounds like i have a super charger now
