i was planning on buying a skid plate and some tires then saving the rest but i just talked to the IRS and my refund has been held because my wife had some damn student loans she forgot to pay before we got married so i guess i'm screwed now. I'm just a little pissed at the moment so i guess i'll go to the "What Pisses Me Off Thread"

are you offering to install any parts i get for my truck? you better be careful cause i'll take you up on that. i hate wrenching

i did a quick run through online just to get an idea. without adding any of my realtor deductions i should be getting 1600 to 1700 back. which would be enough to replace the "Huge Mistake"

Anybody buy a house last year? If so, are you taking the $7500 credit? I was soooo pumped until I learned that you have to pay it all back. Ohh, it gets better. If you buy a house in 2009, it's a credit of $8000 next year that you don't have to pay back. WTF!

I'm only getting $160 back (only worked about 10 weeks during summer...and only like 20 or so hours a week at that :/)

It will probably be put towards alcohol and gas. What else does a college student need?

Not getting a thing with my tax return money. I racked up a pretty sizable balance on the ole Sears card last year and I gotta get that paid off before the 22% interest kicks in.
