i find that animal pak is not a very realistic product. its like 5-8 pills per serving, and unless you drink an absurd amount of water (and i dont mean like 'drink lots of water when youre using supplements' amount, im talking multiple gallons) you're going to piss neon green and there goes all your nutrients. from what ive discovered, its just really not very practical.
