I have an '01 PreRunner with 118K and had 2 questions. At a stop light, it seems as though the truck wants to push forward and feels like it does inch forward a little while my foot is pressing on the brake. Also, the RPM's jump from about 700 to 900 when I'm at a stop light. Any suggestions?

Thanks guys. I'm going to get it checked out during my 120K service. I'll update if I find out.

Never had a/c on. Should compressor be kicking in when a/c is off?

It's "normal". Takes a little while to get used to. Happens whether or not the AC is on but it is the compressor.
