what does -24 offset translate to for noobs? I know it means 24mm off the center line but does that mean it will stick out more? Like what would you have to do to run these on a 2nd gen?

    sry...still learning...

    About a -10 offset

See the difference? Lower the offset, the more it sticks out. Also known for more "dish"

The amount of "dishing" also is highly dependent on the width of the rim, and the spoke design.

Does anyone have a pic of a -24 wheel?
I was all set to buy these wheels next month, then I seen this thread....now I'm second guessing myself:confused:
These wouldn't stick out more than 1 1/2" past the body, right?
BTW I have a second gen, on 3" lift

    the one I'm getting is
    Strike 17x9 6 bolt 5.5 spacing XD807 black RWD

That is 4" of backspacing. You are likely to have a lot of rubbing. Check out PSU taco 85. He has 4.0 inch backspacing and had to cut a lot, and still rubs a bit.

Those will stick out approx 3.5" more than the stock wheels.
