I guess I gotta find it. I have only been here a month, and in that time I have been mainly trying to get into school. Only been riding a couple times.

I got flashed the other day. Was told that they drop it after 90 days? It will take that long for the ticket to get to my house in Oregon, the forwarded to North Carolina then forwarded here..... As far as it getting dropped, anyone know anything about that or is that just more AZ BS?

Dude, I wouldnt worry I have never had a ticket forwarded to my house in Washington State from Arizona. Just dont pay it. They have to serve you in person to make you pay it.

Saw a light brown Hilux on I-10 headed west yesterday around 3:45. Chihuahua plates pulling a small trailor. Looked very clean almost brand new. Wanted to take a pic but there was too much traffic and I was already on the phone.

So. Not the battery. Altenator. How odd.

Picture this, sr85 south. Right after lewis prision, headlights/taillights start to dim. Awesome. Soon after on mile bridge my tach, turn signals, and thermostat turn off. Even better. As I merge onto i10east my headlights/taillights die. Well alright now its a party, that's a newone. Finally at verrado I admit defeat and park it in some lot overnight. No battery and bad altenator. Let's see em try to steal this. (Knock on wood as I'm on my way to pick it up now.)

Sounds about right for a bad alternator/battery combination. New vehicles require both to run right. You used to be able to leave the car running and remove the car to test the alternator and/or replace it. Not anymore.

If you get a ticket and don't pay it, they can issue a warrant for your arrest. My buddy in cali got on here, didn't pay it.. 2 years later he was visiting, got pulled over, he had a warrant on him for not paying.

This was 3-4 years ago so things may have changed.

Not for the camera tickets they cant. If you get pulled over or get a regular ticket they can. But with withe camera tickets they mail you the ticket, then if you still dont respond they "MIGHT" try to serve you.

Because the people who run the tickets are a civilian company they have to serve you in person to prove you received the ticket. Then if you dont pay they can hammer you

I know all about Cali and warrents for not paying. I got 2 tickets back in 1997 on the I-15. One for 100+ just south of Temecula and another for 144 in a 65 zone by march airforce base. Long story short, I left a week later for Japan and said fuck it , what do I care. Fast forward 9 years and I am coming back to the US, I call cali because I know my license is suspended and it turns out I have 2 bench warrents for my arrest and over $17000 in fines. She started looking into it and it cost me a total of 2 hours on the phone and $35 to re-enstate my license. Turns out the statute of limitations in california for non DUI accidents and tickets is only 5 years. I got off easy and lucky with that one. So dont let anyone tell you that fleeing to a foreign country to avoid tickets isnt worth it. LoL
