^I've always wondered how someone is confirmed a "natural" bodybuilder. Not that you can't fool a polygraph test...

i know... i was making a joke on the whole "natty" part... like natty ice

all they do is polygraph you? i find that to be pretty stupid, results from a poly test are interpreted... there's no clear cut positive/negative

I did squats yesterday for the first time in my life, 4 sets of 10; 135 - 145 - 165 - 135, then ran a mile and a half and biked a mile and a half.... I can barely walk today.

ease into things man. good job for working hard and being motivated but that's risking injury just jumping into the deep end like that and trying to learn how to swim.

My thighs have always been pretty muscular, I could have easily gone into the 200's, It's the rest of my body supporting that weight that I'm concerned about. Been a runner for a long time too, used to be common occurrence that I would go for 10-12 mile runs.

like i said, risking injury. big difference between strength training and long distance running in terms of muscle work and fatigue

Think the run and the bike over did it? Or should I take it easy on the weight?

def the running and bike afterwards did it. once you get your muscles strong and conditioned you'll be able to do that, but you just have to give it some time and let them adjust and grow.

but don't stop doing the weight training or the running/biking. both are great to do

got some blood work back today, it appears my new way of living is doing a lot of good. i had liver function problems before (probably from fatty liver) now my all my levels are good! my cholesterol was even really good!

down to 237 this morning, my weight lose has slowed again but i have had to back off the running because of a IT band/knee/foot arch problem. i am working with a physical therapist to get it all taken care of and then i will get back into running. i still lift 3 days a week and do ride 3 times a week.

May i recommend an ECA stack?

Go to rite aid and buy some Ephedrin in the form of Broncaid + caffeine pills + and any product containing amphetamines... mix them together and take for four weeks on, four off......

you will burn weight like no other... you will sweat constantly throughout the day however.
