    lol that figures... i thought it was just my town but had a buddy looking for it an hour north and they were in the same boat.... I dont use it.... I prefer Clen but I know alot of people who use the various types of otc ephedrine

    pardon my ignorance but what does that stuff do for you/to you? is it like a thermogenic?

    i have taken a sample of oxyelite pro once it seemed to speed up my weight loss or the 10 days i took it. with that said i am really trying to change my life style into a healthy one so i get a nervous about taking weight loss pills and such.

    what would yall recommend for recovery? just sleep? some guy at the gym told me to look up glutamine (i guess thats how it spelled) and mix it with my shakes for faster recovery time

    I tried it yesterday, and I mixed it with my shake right after my workout. i checked smoothie king, and they have it in their muscle mix thing for their shakes.

    yes, glutamine will help... banannas too, but be sure to stretch and cool down after every workout, get a good night's sleep and take rest days. that's true recovery

    I stretch good before and after, rest, and im asleep by 10 at the latest usually. i rest on the weekends since the closest gym that im a member at is an hour away. I live in a very small town lol:( i still do light workouts on the weekends though. pushups, pullups, squats and running.

    Yep, I use glutamine as well with my post-workout cocktail: 1.5 scoops vitargo, 1 scoop Xtend, 1 tsp glutamine, 2 Kre-Alkalyn capsules, 2 scoops ISO 100 whey protein :)
