I am only going by most of your comments I have read since I have been participating on these boards

Im not worried about low end power loss it will pick up nicely when I get the LCE header

Besides the front cat will still be there for now

If I wanted a drag car I would have one, my 4 banger is just a Toy

The 4 banger does quite well for what it is

He's correct. The "Tri-Y" headers are much better for low/mid power.

Yeah, The Northwest Offroad headers gave teh best gains on my first gen 2.7. Huge gains in the low to mid range (12-14 hp), and about 4-5 on the top. Too bad they arent making them anymore.

Can you post a video of the exhaust tone when you get done? I have the 2.7 w/ a flowmaster muffler (soon to be a 14'' magnaflow) and LCE headers and I am considering deleting the cat and running a URD sim.

    Got the URD simulator yesterday

Nothing to it, just followed wire from rear sensor through the floorboard, it plugged in under the carpet under passenger seat

    Plugged it in and done

Gonna see if my exhaust guy can get me in his shop some time in the coming week

hmmm...yeah, its a bit too ricey sounding for my tastes. I will definitely be keeping my cat now. Thanks for the video.

I wonder what it would sound like w/ a resonator in front of the muffler?

Get a lightened underdrive crank pulley, the low end will return. It did on my car without any other side effects either....for yrs and yrs now.

The audio in the vid does`nt do it justice, it is a lot lower toned than what it sounds like in vid, the wind was not helping with the audio as well

If it was ricey I would be doing something different

It sounds just right to me, has a nice rumble

Maybe it`s not what everyone likes but Im gonna leave it as is

No need to be sorry, I like it, so its cool

If I wanted a V8 I`d go buy one, but I like my gas mileage, and I cant stand the look of 2nd Gen Yotas either

I really hope they go back to 1st gen body style one day but I doubt it`s gonna happen

Oh well Im gonna run this one til the tires come off :D
