smh ... every time I see something I like I ALWAYS ask myself why ... then wonder what else is in it that I can't have

Tuna and Noodles this afternoon....nothing major to rave about.

 

Just an easy beef stir fry for the family and I tonite. ^^^ And I love tuna noodle cassarole! What do you put in yours?

 

That looks so much better than what I just ate...

I just boiled some Mac and cream of mushroom soup..added a can of Tuna. See...nothing major this time.

 

I still use my moms recipe from back in the day : Saute up some minced onions and celery in butter, add cream o' mushroom soup and milk. Then mix in some slightly under cooked egg noodles and layer that mixture with cheddar cheese and bake! One of my favorite childhood family meals.

 

Oh yeah! And don't forget the tuna!

Man, I should've posted some burger pics! Grass fed beef, munster cheese, on grilled oatmeal toast! Dang was it good! Busted open a fresh jar of organic dill pickles, and my wife picked up some chips that were fried in avocado oil. It's the good stuff you get when you make a visit to Earth Fare. Washed it down with a nice white ale. Perfect for the spring weather we are having here in February.

 

That does sound like some good mild outdoor weather food. NICE

 

OMG you wouldn't BELIEVE IT! Seriously, if you think those with Diabetes have it rough... smh (my mom and little nephew have type 2 which is why I said that lol). I was born this way so trying to find food as a kid was HELL. about 90% of ALL food has some kind of dairy/eggs added to it (I know for a fact the BEST cakes are made with eggs, can't have that fluffy without them).

Although dairy is somewhat okay, once in a while, not a lot though. My hands get all itchy, nose runs like crazy, throat makes me cough a lot/feels like it's stuffy or clogged. Eggs ... plain deadly (makes my throat swell and I just choke until it's not swollen anymore).

All and all though I still enjoy seeing good eats!! all this processed bs. Imo, FRESH is the best no matter if it's dairy and/or eggs. Cooking is cooking!

 

^^^ Hate that for you, dawg. Gotta be tough. Prolly better for you in the long run? Dunno. Sweet that you got your glad on for it after all and are still a foodie!

 

I LOVE the design aspect mainly, the taste and stuff is one of the perks I used to be all hooked on those Vegas confectionary contests. It's like fabricating with sweets!!
