Norcal Spotted and BS Thread

Matt, I hope you don't feel that I am judging you, that is not my intent. I'm just wondering why the attraction is there to do something that alters your senses. I personally don't like anything that would be "different" in terms of my ability to have control over myself.

At your age I was adventurous myself, doing things that most women don't do. I've always like a challenge and because of that, I've gotten to do more than most females in my group. I've done 7 day solo trips in the forest, gone 110 mph on my motorcycle, I've autocrossed F body cars, climbed up mountains and rappelled down them. In three weeks I've organized a national walk out (every city, every state) against a very large (world wide) corporation. I just never liked anything that would alter my mind or my ability to have a clear mind and control over that and my body. I personally would not be able to accomplish these things if I were. Maybe I'm weak?

I've talked to my own boys about this and have told them that if they ever want to experiment, that I'd appreciate that they do so with me there so I can see what their reactions are.

They both have no interest in that or in drinking. The older one tried drinking once with his older cousin and decided that it was something that he is going to avoid.

 

Sounds like a plan to me.

I like the idea of knowing you did a lot, can pick some of what you've done and keep that for the remainder of your days. Plus if you play it right, you'll come out with your kids grown up and time to do other stuff.

Hummmm? Barbie, no different. The part best about the Jeep I like is the black and yellow plates, original! Now days you see lots of older rigs but the plates don't match the era. Looks good.

yeah its all bolted up but its still a work in progress.
