i don't exactly know the science of how it works but back in the day when fat burner pills still worked.. they were all ECA stacks. I think it heats up your body and overactivates your metabolism.

BOOM. now that is how you crossfit. 24" jumps?

great job. amazing how you can get such a better work out going balls to the wall for 20 min as opposed to lift for 90 min with a 3rd of that time being resting

What do ya'll think about this preworkout stuff? A b of my brother's is selling it for 20 bucks and has only used it twice. He's trying to get off some of his stuff so he's selling it cheap.

My workouts (if I'm training by myself) are usually 40 mins. Rest periods are usually 30-45secs

I use it myself, and like it. The first few times I used it I got this intense skin tingling / burning (narrowed it down to the beta-alanine), but now I hardly notice it at all. Definitely have a better workout when I'm using it, I say go for it

    Thad's what she said.

Ya. I always keep them around that time frame. Sometimes a little more or less...guess depends. People like to talk when I lift, but MOST times 30-45secs. Gotta keep that fat burning, heart rate up, endurance, cardiovascular levels increased.

2.5" lift, ARE Shell, Ducks Unlimited Rubber Floor Mats. ROGUE badges,
Beta alanine also causes tingling for some people.

My girlfriends lab is actually doing to studies on it right now. Supposed to speed up wait loss. I guess we'll see soon.
