I know its off topic but do you put caps on your Hella's when driving?
Have you had any problems with rock chips, cracking ect?

Im trying to decide if i should go with Hella's or wait and get some lightforce's.

I run the covers in the summertime, as I do a lot of gravel road driving, but in the winter, I leave them off, and so far, no problems. As I only have room for three lights on my bar, I bought two sets, and have one in storage for a spare.

i have 240 blitz from light force and absolutely love them!! other drivers don't though....when the lights are on and pointed at the garage it is roughly 15-20ft away and at about 10 i can still feel the heat off of them. SUPER bright and warm:D

wait and get lightforces...so much brighter and with the changeable filters, they allow you to go from rain to fog to snow. Also a lot more tougher...i absolutely love mine! but get them from Amazon cause thats were i found them the cheapest. not from ebay cause the fake chinese ones are selling there and you can't tell a dif until you get them in the mail.

Nope, All I have is clear for right now. I need to buy some. Local truckers say they work really well in flat lighting conditions.
