Me and my three buddies at FSU and are getting a house next year and I was wondering if you guys had any ideas. As of right now we've got ideas for
    -building a bar
-empty liquor bottles full of highlighter fluid
    -beer pong tables
-a bunch of random stolen street signs
    -beer cases on the walls
    -black lights
    -Fsu memorabilia
If you guys have anymore ideas that would be awesome.

I thought about a stripper pole. I just have to figure out how to mount them to something without mounting into the wall so the landlord doesn't charge me out the ass

One of my buddies would have house parties all the time. He had a bar up stairs and one of them was an actual bartender, drunken games and stuff were up stairs as well, a patio for people to smoke their cigs and cigars. Down stairs was a huge basement and they would get a dj and have a massive dance floor. One of the guys worked at a liquor store and would get tons of dirt cheap alcohol.

pretty dam legit and it would be like 15$ to get in for guys 10$ for girls, or if you brought a a drink (like a 1/5 or something, nothing small) guys would get in for 5$ girls would be free. or if a guy brought 3 or more girls it would be 5$ each. He lived out in the middle of no where so the parties would go on until the sun came up literally. and after you paid you could get as much alcohol as you could drink

Never throw a party at your house unless you want trash, cops, and damage. haha.

    1. Good sound system. None of this computer speaker BS. Have a PA system and music playing from a source that you won't worry about. Having your laptop set out playing fratmusic.fm is kinda iffy. I've seen laptops get spilled on, people changing the music station, pandora music fail (Ads mainly), etc etc. Have a playlist set up of good mixes on an anchored iPod. No straight up radio music. Steve Aoki, David Guetta, etc...

    2. You're prolly gonna have to do a cover charge or a BYOB system so pre party planing is a must. I'm kinda nice guest who brings a bottle of tequila or something small and its happen before where I was the only one who brought something. Its immensely lame to have everyone show up, ask people to chip in, then go out an buy alcohol and come back.

    3. Trash bags

    4. Beer pong table

    5. Toilet paper

    6. A good plumber

    7. Locks on your bedroom door. You don't want guests to use your bed.

    8. A fund set up for fines. 1st noise complaint is a warning, each one after is a $500 incremental increase. So 2nd is $500, 3rd is $1000.

That would cover the basics. As you get into the swing of things, you'll figure things out

fill the bottles with water and food coloring, put lights behind em. cool effect.

You wanna fund those parties? Invest the three or four hundred into a full-size kegerator and charge $5 for a cup at the door. Every 20 people pay for a keg, you drink for free, have wicked parties and make some $$ on the side.

Coffee tables just get in the way. Make sure you remove them and just have a bunch of end tables for people to put their drinks.

Or just a garbage can full of ice, water, salt and put the keg in there about 2 hours pre-party.
