    That reminds me of the housing market in UK when we got over there...after being the "2nd in line" for the 4th or 5th time, I started carrying the 1st month's rent and security deposit in cash in my wallet. That's how we got the house we lived in for 2 years until base housing became available. I basically cut the guy ahead of me with the old "cash talks principle." Don't know if that works buying a house...but I'd be prepared to fight and do what's necessary to get the place you want. ;)

    Though in my research, I did discover the S/c thats 1 size larger is the exact same price for an extra 2 psi worth of boost... :drevil:
