been searching like a mofo but not coming up with a whole lot...

anybody know of a performance steering rack replacement for 1st gen 6 lug trucks? i keep reading about a lot of people running a Howe rack, but there's no deatils on it. going to call up Howe this week but in the meantime any links with info and reading material would be awesome.

Convert over to a toyota steering box with a swing steer setup

Hard to tell in the picture but it looks like the shocks are completely vertical. Don't know what suspension setup you are running but it mostly wont cycle correctly. Most likely bottom out the shock before the springs bottom out. But it may work for your truck. I made that mistake of completely vertical shocks. Usually may result in breaking something mostly a shock.

They are 18" shocks and I cycled them with arcs to find the spot. I gave them about 1/2" and each side of the travel so they arent quite straight up. Thanks for the heads up though
