    Ok, I literally just finished. It was overall simple, but my ass is tired. All of the hog rings and metal rods and the pushing and pulling the leather over the not so slick foam.

    It really is remove the original upholstery and reinstall in reverse fashion.

    Here is a picture of the finished seat. I will have to do some kneading when we get some warmer weather though.

    I am not looking forward to doing the rest of the seats. I probably won't be able to move my hands tomorrow.

    Isn't there some stuff that you put on foam (only for foam) that makes stuff easier to pull over it?

    I never heard of anything like that. If you turn the back cover inside out, it kinda just rolls down like a condom over the seat. You just have to work one side then the other.

    It really is comfy, I'm sitting in it watching TV.:D
