timing is a b!tch some times

 

you can see the person go flying from the car...thats terrible

 

right after semi hits it, look to the left of his windshield, the person is level with it, he looks upright, it happens quick, but you can see him launched, or what looks like a person to me

 

is there a full video?

 

You know...if you think about it, that's akin to a t-bone at what, 65-70 mph? You would think that with all of that crash testing with the dummies inside that SUV would have fared a little better than that.

And yes, I'd like to either see the full video or the news story to it.

 

but those tests aren't done with a 60,000 lb semi, just with a 4,000 lb car. The momentum of that semi is crazy and a 4,000 lb car isn't going to slow it down much.

Disintegration starts at 54 (looks like the drivers door launching up)
Frame 55-58 is splattered parts of both vehicles

 

that is the worst accident i have ever seen. I have seen some bad stuff in my lifetime but DAM that is just crazy!

I'm inclined to agree, and I see no signs of a splattered passenger, must've been alone and dozed off, which explains how it happened in the first place.
