It does lean a bit more than stock but honestly I have been without a bar for so long that I am used to it. It's been off for nearly 4 years now.

More lean on-road, more articulation off-road. I took it off as well and barely noticed the on-road differences, but I've never been one to hot rod the corners.

You can't really cut tabs and fold them in, unless you modify your flares accordingly. I can give you a number for the guy who did mine if you're really interested but it's an expensive proposition. VERY.

To do like Mr. Grimm just cut the sheet metal very carefully in the arch you want. If the paint bubbles just take a flap wheel or something to it. You're painting over it anyway.

No spacers. I did have a little rubbing with the 285's. I had the cab mount chopped and plated. I also had some rubbing on the caliper which I shaved just a tiny bit. 3 years later and no issues with the caliper.

Yeah I did the same, but I guess one guy had an epic fail doing that. That lip that gets shaved down has a cast iron 'tube' for brake fluid; he grinded too close and got a nasty bath.

I haven't had a problem either, but next time around I'm going to opt for rims that don't contact the caliper

Yea, I don't recommend grinding the caliper when people ask. I am looking at going to 17's for my next set of wheels. Mainly for the larger selection of tire sizes.

i have 17's i run 15psi on the rocks...im a tall skinny tire guy (255-80-17) just over 33in tall....anything 33in and over theres MORE then enough sidewall to flex, grab,an go over anything.....anything under a 33 i would stay with 16's.....its more your tire choice (load range, tread, ply, sidewall ply) that affects your psi and air down abilitys....but 33's on a 17in rim is a perfect street/trail setup imo

Yea well thats the nature of the beast in our hobby. There aren't a whole lot of selection for a 37" tire in 16's compared to the 17's.

Well double deadlocked wheels can air down pretty far from what I have seen :D

No rub on the UCA with the wheel/tire combo.
