    Leave it out of the fridge for about 6 hours. Crush up some garlic and make slits into the roast them slide the garlic into it. Coat the outside with salt and pepper then bake nice and slow.

    You can actually find recipes that tell you to let the meat sit out for 6 hours when you google is it ok to leave meat out 6 hours..... that was discovered after you questioned me.... hahaha

    nice im about to add the mushrooms in to my crockpot that has been cookin' beef roast + potatoes, celery, carrots, garlic for about 10 hours....HAHA, dinner will be awesome!

    1 can of beef broth + a little less than half a bottle of spicy bbq sauce + 1 packet of dry onion soup mix.

    Nice I did a can of mushroom soup plus fresh mushrooms right around a cup of beef broth but everything went in together.
