Started taking NOXIPRO by CTD as a preworkout. Usually not a fan of the face tingling, but this stuff is pretty decent. It doesn't make me super twitchy and over caffeinated. Just a lot of focus.

starting to incorperate cardio much more and not looking to lose weight, would it be best to do it right after weight lifting or at another time?

I do it fasted a few times a week with aminos to preserve muscle mass. The point of doing it post weights is to attack the fatty acids. Whatever you decide DO NOT do it just prior to weights. Keep your glycogen levels full for weights!

I've always run before lifting... maybe that's why the 12 year old down the street has a bigger chest that me... hmmmm

Doing it before you deplete your glycogen levels thus having LESS strength, LESS energy and LESS endurance for your lifting.

Did some legs today and I feel like I could fall over  first day using the new preworkout powder. Didn't get too much of a tingly feeling like I have with other stuff but damn it pumped me up good though. I leg pressed 270lbs, which i feel is pretty good for only have done it twice and I about 148. Getting close to double my weight, which I feel like thats where I should be anyways right now.
