Ok I am really confused, I don't see anywhere in any of my mounting hardware for the coax lead to screw onto there isn't anything with threads on the outside

you're doing it wrong and i think you forgot an adaptor

 

Do I need to cut one of the leads on the coax cable to expose the wire then crimp it on the insulated terminal?

I think I should have the "lowaer hardware" but I just opened the package now, so its not like I lost it. Must not have came with it. If u can read the instructions I believe I have to do option D

Ya ben, that coax connector is what I don't have. I assume your solution is go out again and buy it huh
