I wish. This is just a general "want to" list. Maybe some wheels by then, or sliders. :notsure:

Yes. I just bought a winch and I have noticed my front has started to droop. I didn't install them so I am not really sure how it goes.

Have you adjusted them while on the truck?

Yes. You need to clean the top collar with alcohol and make sure you get all the grit off of it. Then spray some penetrating oil on the top collar and let it soak into the adjustable ring. Wait at least an hour then use your small wrench to anchor down against the spindle and take the large wrench to adjust it up. Make sure you use either a breaker bar or pipe on the large wrench or you won't get enough force to move the coil and you WILL BREAK THE WRENCH. You have to remove your tire and jack up the truck to do this. The drivers side is much easier if you take off the sway bar first. About a 10th of an inch equals about .25 inch in lift.

Cool that's about what I had read.

Don't you adjust it from the bottom of the coilovers?

Sorry, I mean the only place to put the spanner wrenches is near the bottom of the coil over. Is there another place on the top?

No? There should be two collars. The smaller one on the bottom and the larger one on the bottom just below the spring.

The holes you can see just below the spring are where the larger wrench goes and about 2 inches below that is a smaller ring where the small wrench goes. Its hidden by my sway bar.

Ok yea. I misunderstood what you had said. For some reason I was thinking of another places with holes on the top of the spring.

    Thanks for the help.

I will probably have to pay someone to do it {blah}.

Anyways I got a good deal on an Engo e10000, so its almost adventure time....almost.
