There is the Cross fit Journal. Have to pay tho.

Or you can just look up The Gym on FB and like it. Jess posts workouts everyday or every other at least.

The hard part will be finding space for it sometimes. A lot of bar stuff and other things that can take up some room.

Or really..just look up Cross fit and try a few of em out. Just be prepared for the worse 20-30 minutes of your life, they are very hard especially if your not used to it. But its more mental then anything. Form is more important then how much weight you use. Then speed is next.

For instance today i did this:

    15 Kettle bell swings
    15 Power cleans
    15 box ups

i personally used 50lbs on KB swings, 135lbs for Power cleans, and i thin it was 24'' box up..maybe 28..

do that whole set either 5 or 7 times. Usually if your starting out, just 5 is good, 7 if your feeling up to it.

that one is just tiring. Shouldn't take longer then 35 mins. I did 7 rounds in 30.

I have a bunch more if you want em, just PM me.

    2. Looks good to me, you could do what I did and have to center driving lights and outside be fog style.

    Thats like what mine are. 55w 3000k 500fogs, 55w 6000k 500ffs in the center...works great.

On the pillars that mount to the bottom you could mount some smaller lights if you really wanted, thats what I did with my D2s for a while.

Glad something thinks im not a tard:D

Loooooveeed my 55w Hella 500s  can't wait to get em back on the truck!

I like the 4 light look. Looks like mine used to.

and i agree with Mac, if you got two 500s with the driving lens with 6000 or 4300k HIds then the two outside 500ffs with 4300 or 3000k HIDs..would work great really.

Yea mine are 6000k and 4300k. It was a great blend. The 6000k i think is a bit hot just on there own, kinda liked the 4300k better really..But together they were awesome.

Rook it off so the body shop could refix my front end for my old reck. I just haven't put it back on yet cuz i was hoping to have a bumper by now.

Yea my 6000ks are whie as it gets. My 3000 are odd. They are yellow but almost a dark yellow. They work great things make it so much easier to see.
