I don't care what type of LT setup this guy has.....he gonna break something in about 250 milliseconds. Good timing for the photographer though.

Is he a member on TW? I wanna see this Mad Max machine. That's f'in nuts if he can drive away from something like that without breaking a wheel, axle, hub assy., wheel bearing etc. I just look at the front driver's side wheel, and grit my teeth.

Yup except I still have my over load spring and it's out of alignment in the opposite direction of my AAL. It makes a nice binding/pop sound anytime I get a good flex in it. I Might just replace the pack with something that will allow a longer travel but I'm not in a rush. If it brakes I'll fix it. Just annoying and makes the truck feel cheap. The wheelers 3 leaf AAL remove the overload and supposedly work great. Might try those first. They are only $155 total but you need extended brake lines with them. Probably should add those anyway

I almost wonder if the toytec bolt that came with the kit is just a lower grade and I could replace it with something stronger and grease up the leafs while I'm in there and call it good? Maybe it's not holding a torque properly? Idk been to lazy to troubleshoot. Everytime it's nice outside its freaking 38 degrees out and I dont want to start a project.

Lulz. I'm gonna break it down next time we have a "warm" sunny weekend day. Hawaii spoiled me weather wise. :(

Fuck mount and balance has gotten expensive. Besides Sears, Goodyear, Les Schwab and Discount Tire does anyone know anywhere else to get tires mounted and balanced with old tire disposal around town?

I've found prices range from 80 to 106 for 4 tires

Ya that blows man. I know someone who has a full leaf back(OME dakars I believe) on his 1st gen that did that as well. I forget what he did to fit the pack shift. Once I pay off my truck(which is never!) I'm going full leaf pack.

I bought a set of Duratrac's from Ben that I am picking up from him yesterday. I am staying with the stock rims for now.

I have heard the shop at SE Holgate and 52nd will do it for about $10-15/tire. I'm not positive about that price though.

It tripped me out at first. Yeah I agree with Mitch..balancing and mounting HAS gotten expensive.
