There were a few desert sand's on the lot when I bought mine (in Massachusetts in 06) I almost went home in a standard cab one but it was an automatic. I ended up with an Impulse Red access cab for a great price instead.

Wish they still offered Tacoma's in a green!!!
They have it on most other models.

Due to geographic location(Why Toyota Why?); Indigo Ink , Speedway Blue and Impulse red (If thats the darker red) aren't even available. So just about all of them are silver, red or black.

I went silver because I had two black vehicles and won't go there again. Now I'm a white or silver fan.
Indigo will show everything like black but both are the best when clean.I even give a slight edge to indigo over black.:)

I wanted the Rugged Trail and it was only offered in 3 colors Black,White and Silver. Black didnt look right to me with the flat black flares, my wife's Honda Pilot is white so I went with Silver. I am actually glad I did, I have only seen 2 other Silver Rugged Trails in the Columbus area and none with the "Sport hood" like mine.

Well, as I figured, Silver Streak is the most popular, and white is in the top 3. What I didnt expect is that BSP was actually 2nd, I though I read somewhere that white was the 2nd most popular color on vehicles in the US. Guess not.

I own one...and it is horrible. the paint sucks-both in durability and desirability. I bought his truck thinking I would keep it for a long while...but I'm already thinking of selling/trading. you can wash it and w/i the hour it looks like hell again. haven't seen another on the road, which under normal circumstances I would be happy about, now I wish I would so I'm not the only idiot that bought one :-(
