Not impossible, but very unlikely. Also extremely unlikely OP wouldn't have noticed a major vibe first.

Lurry (who?) had a nut fall off his t-case output shaft flange while we were wheeling at Windrock this past January. Two more were loose. He thought he'd bent the driveshaft til he found those loose/missing fuckers because he had a bigtime vibe.

I am skeptical this happened without any warning whatsoever, if it happened at all. But, as they say, stranger things have occurred...

    Your a real genious...

Toyota is recalling approximately 51,000 of its 2011 model year Tundra pickup trucks because of a potential problem with the rear drive shaft. The fault lies with a component, the slip yoke, that was improperly cast during the foundry process and may break.
There are no reports of accidents or injuries associated with this recall. Toyota does, however, know of one incident of a drive shaft slip yoke failure in a customer vehicle.
In May, vehicle owners will receive a letter detailing the recall. Toyota dealers will inspect vehicles free of charge to identify a specific "production lot" number located on the rear drive shaft. Based upon the lot number, the rear drive shaft may need to be replaced. The inspection and possible replacement will be done free of charge.
For more information, vehicle owners can call the Toyota customer experience center (800-331-4331) or check Toyota's website for recalls: www.toyota.com/recall.

I was driving 45mph and ... the car pole vaulted and tossed me into oncoming traffic...:confused:A witness saw the car four feet in the air before I did a 180 in mid air and landed on a car.

You only break a headlight and put one dent in the bumper of the car in the "oncoming traffic" on which you landed? :confused:Other car: driver not injured, airbags didn't inflate?

    Unbelievable! Incredible! Literally!!

Sorry, dude, but if you actually had the cojones to present this story to Toyota, instead of to Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, if I were Toyota, I would investigate the :poking: outta this story, your "witness" & you! Sounds way more like you ran over something. Meanwhile, try to avoid homebrewed meth-PCP cocktails... lots of wild hallucinations & longlasting reality breaks have been reported !

    :worthless:

PS - Anyone can put BS in a police report;some cops do it all the time!
