    Well I'm done in about a year and i'll be free
    just learned my gaskets and steering fluid pump seal (?)hope are leaking. The guy gave me a very vague descrition but was clear on the price, at least $700 :mad:

    The bottom half says "Rent due on the 1st". My complex puts 'em out 3 days before the first and leaves 'em up until usually the 3rd or 4th.

    $765 for a one bedroom, and rents about go to up for new leases. Glad I got in when I did. Really like my new apartment complex though. All new cabinets, tile floor, new carpet in the bedroom, new appliances and it includes pest control, cable and 10MB internet connection. Parking lot is always pretty clear too, they will tow anyone not in a visitor spot or without a pass.
