I just bent mine but if you worried about it just buy some new ones . Ya 2 uca long bolts that mount it to the frame . Not sure what they cost . I read on here they were $15 each so yes around $30 for both

I looked online and couldn't find any. If its not gonna hurt the truck at all ill just have you bend it back. Would rather not spend the 30 bucks lol.

Emailed metal tech and was told my ucas would ship the ending of this week and I hope that is true. Would rather have them installed with my kit then have to wait another week and install them later. Did anyone order the ucas from the group buy .

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
I would have liked to but money was an issue. I want to do most of my lift differently over the summer. I'm also gonna check out the camburg arms. I'm liking them because they use the oem ball joints.

Ya money is an issue lol. I wasn't gonna buy them but 370 and free shipping was a steal I think. I couldn't pass it up.

Ya it won't hurt it . Just figured I'd bring it to his attention before its taking apart . Some people are anal about there trucks and don't want to bend the metal .
I personally didn't care and just bent the shit out of it .

What do you mean bend the metal lol. I'm confused now. Bend the bolt you mean. Idk you can bend it . I called a place near my work in Braintree. I'll Judy bring it to a place on moday and have them do it. Gonna call a few more places and see if I can get the price down alittle. I want the springs and shocks put together right?

To get the bolt that holds the uca to the frame you need to either 1. Cut the bolt out or 2. Bend the inner sheet metal to allow the bolt to come out .
You need to take your stock coil overs out before you can put the new one together . Because you need to use some of the stock parts .

Oh ok I see now. Thanks. So I would need to have a shop do it on Saturday then, once I get the stock parts out. I's there shops near you that can do it on Saturday. I'm not too familiar with stoughton at all. If we can't find a shop, would it be really hard to do by ourselves? I know people don't trust the spring compresers that much and it can be dangerous but idk. Let's hope we can find a shop.

When you take the bolts out, whether you buy new ones, or bend the sheet metal, put the bolts back in backwards so you won't have to do it again next time.

I'm gonna. Once we install the lift on saturday i'll make a build thread. BY the way how are your cv boot angles on your lift. Are they bad or at a good angle.
