The 3LR and 4LR would be good for driving pattern.

How do you think the 6LZ would work on the side of a roof rack? I sent the link to my buddy because he has been looking for something like this for a while. He is just worried the pattern will be to focused.

Very cool. Looks like two pieces? A skid and a base to lock it to? How much and where did you find it? Are you using the regular 3k jack or the compact one?

I plan to LT my rear and get bumps up front, My question is where do I start with a SUA and getting a 2 tire spare cage built?

I really like my Icon ext travel rear shocks with resi and would like to incorporate them for now till I get some longer kings.

Ok, went to Trifenix's house with cash, left with 6 lights :D

    Lux comparisons:

From about 10 feet away, my speedtechs were just about 100 lux.

the 6LZ light was at 90 lux.

the 3LR was about 111 lux

the 4LR was at 167 lux

My 100w HID spot was off the charts at 10 feet at the spot zone, but a few inches out and it gets to the same lux range as the LEDs. The LEDs had very consistent lux readings through a wide range of disbursement

As all should know, LEDs do not have the range of HIDs, but they flood the immediate area way better, and these light do just that.

Pics to come when they all get wired up.

    remember lux = lumin/square meters

so with the 6LZ rated at 800 lumin, clocking in at 90 lux, means that the beam is spread at 8.89 square meters, or a 3 meter by 3 meter square, which at ten feet, is more than likely

FJ guys are already using them for their baja racks and they are very happy with the light output. They would be focused if they were pointed close to the truck.
