They have come out with a lot of good stuff lately, just too much $$$$$$....

I think the best part of the 5D3 is the new multi-exposure option. Thats just awesome in my opinion.

    I'm gonna stick with getting a 7D.:D

The new 5D looks really attractive. So does that new flash setup. Can't wait to see more reviews of the flash.

In the meantime, I posted a kinda crappy cell phone picture of the dog eating a pupcake. The peeps that sell them want to use it for their marketing campaign. LOL. So remember that convo we had a while back about cameras? LOL.

Riley is famous. I wonder if he gets free pupcakes for life? LMFAO!

Looks good Jake. Curious though...what OS are you running on your Mac there? Your dock and PS look totally different than mine!

Not a bad lens at all...but for the price of that lens my vote is with the Sigma 70-200. Thats what I have too Adam. Amazing lens. I picked mine up used for $600.

But, to counter your advice :D

You get a Canon lens with Canons warranty brand new for $650 I think.

    I still highly recommend both.

    Nice,

I kinda use the same process. I use split toning, 50/yellow tint but no blue
    and -10 on saturation

True true...that is definitely an advantage for sure. And having an extra 100mm is nice. But the 2.8 is really nice pending on what sports you are shooting. If you have to shoot basketball or football the 2.8 is winning hands down, since it is HSM as well.

But you do make a valid point sir AJ

Great scott, how do you change the icons?! :goingcrazy:

Although, I am still running Leopard. My computer people told me to keep it that they weren't a fan of it.

2.8 is definatly a deal changer. Amazing depth of field, and great as Wes said for indoors and when you want a shallow dof as in a football game, or wildlife. Find a cheap used one of each:cool:

    Thank you

but on a crop sensor that 70-200 becomes a 105-300 or 112-320 (depending on crop factor 1.5 or 1.6 respectively)

Plus pro glass will be built that much better, and you get weather sealing

Unless the Sigma is pro glass, you wont get it for inder $1,000

And Canons are 1.6, until you go into 1 series where you go full frame or 1.3
