Dude that is the most retarded reason ever. Say because you wanted to be cool or something haha, instead of as a remedy for a mysterious cough

well it stops it till i can go to the doctor. i’m not going to do it to be cool. i’ll find other ways to “be cool” i’m not in HS so i don’t try and fit in like allot of people. i don’t give 2 shits what people think of me. i have had people try and get me to do weed to “be cool” and i won’t! i stopped hanging out with those people. :D

I'm in the same boat. Used to dip and smoke and was able to quit smoking cold turkey back in 2008. When I quit, I continued dipping and haven't been able to kick it at all. Find it much more difficult to kick than smoking. Grizz wintergreen is my go to.

i do the same thing haha damn friends that played baseball haha
3 years ago i quit dipping cold turkey for 3 months when i moved to NC my freshman year of college. not having a vehicle and not knowing anyone that did on top of playing soccer 24/7 it seemed (was on a scholarshop) helped alot. i forgot about it for awhile. all it took was one drunk night on our way back from ECU, DD stopped to get gas and we went in to get stuff for the ride, got a can of kodiak wintergreen and havnt quit since.

To anyone who is just starting, or has tried it here and there

    QUIT

quit now while you still can

Dipping is much more difficult to quit than smoking...it's a disgusting habit and girls think so too

    Also

    Zach

please dont use it to "remedy" a mysterious cough that i suspect is caused by your occasional cigar smoking

I started dipping several years ago in much the same fashion as you...an occasional dip here and there to get over the cravings from quitting smoking

I am now easily a can a day person and I buy it by the 5 can log

The 2nd thing I do every morning is put a dip in (after brushing my teeth)

I spend an inordinate amount of money on both dentist visits and dip

just stop...drink some water...quit smoking and go see a dr about your cough

I pick my flavors based on the seasons i've found. Summer time i end up w/ skoal citrus long cut, fall cope straight long cut, and winter is griz mint. Been dippin about 2 years now, kinda filled in when I quit smoking.

my ex used to hit me up on pinches when I was drivin, gotta keep both hands on the wheel lol

yeah seriously, dont do it to remedy somethin. i started doin it when i was 15. im almost 20 now. i thought it would be cool if i did it. i thought it was cool until i turned 18 and then started to realize most people dont look at me and are like man hes cool cause he dips. most people are like thats so gross. for example about an hour ago i stopped and got a log of skoal xtra long cut mint and a bag of levi garrett and the lady behind me and line was like that is absolutely gross, i cant believe people even do that stuff. So go ahead and stop doin it while you are ahead

I agree. I started thinking it was cool until I turned 18 and could get it myself. I hate when random people make comments like that. I don't judge what other people do so don't judge me for dipping. I know its gross to other people no need to remind me everytime I see you. I keep saying im gonna quit though, jus gotta find the motivaton to do it
